A Mind That Suits What doesn't kill me, makes me laugh... usually.

A Mind That Suits is learning that his mother, a journalist, had a rough job. Once again I have gotten to the office too late to post early. Some nice reflections on modern weddings and capitalism, Iraqi art, deposed heirs of monster dictators, and country music will be up around 1, EST (US)

As if to prove my point about the brevity of Washington springs, A Mind That Suits hopped in his car to get to a weekly appointment to shoot pool with the teenage son of one of his best friends. Within seconds, the back of his head was sticky. The humidity is here, and we are in for a long summer. Actually, I am headed South for Easter weeekend, and really, honestly, summers down there have DC beat all hollow. It's all the people from other parts of the country who get knocked over by the humidity. I just wish spring would stay for a month or two...

Until this afternoon...
